This 5-day immersive course offers a practical and comprehensive foundation in Agile Project Management, with a special focus on the Scrum framework. Participants will learn how to manage projects in dynamic and changing environments by applying agile values, principles, and practices.

Day 1: Introduction to Agile

  • Agile vs Waterfall project management

  • Overview of popular agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)

  • Agile roles and team structure

Day 2: Scrum Framework Essentials

  • Scrum roles: Product Owner, Scrum Master, Development Team

  • Scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, Retrospective

  • Scrum artifacts: Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Increment

  • Timeboxing and transparency in Scrum

Day 3: Agile Planning & Estimation

  • User stories and acceptance criteria

  • Product backlog grooming and prioritization

  • Planning poker and story point estimation

  • Defining “done” and “ready”

Day 4: Agile Tools, Practices & Simulation

  • Using tools: Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps

  • Running Agile ceremonies (live simulation)

  • Managing team velocity and burndown charts

  • Agile project case studies and group exercises

Day 5: Scrum Master Focus & Exam Preparation

  • Scrum Master responsibilities and servant leadership

  • Coaching Agile teams and removing impediments

  • Practice exam questions and mock simulation

  • Certification roadmap: CSM / PMI-ACP / Scrum.org PSM I
