This course is crafted to teach the implementation of full-spectrum Integrity Management Systems (IMS) for pipelines and facilities in the energy sector. Participants will learn to assess risks, inspect equipment, manage integrity programs, and execute corrective actions to safeguard operations and assets.
Explain each component of an integrity system—from design to decommissioning
Conduct hazard assessments, risk analysis, and pipeline integrity programs
Plan and perform inline inspections (ILI), ECDA, ICDA, and direct assessments
Create effective corrosion management and maintenance strategies
Implement continuous integrity planning and documented review procedures
Pipeline/facility engineers, integrity managers, maintenance planners, and HSE specialists responsible for managing onshore and offshore systems
A technical background in engineering; no prior integrity program knowledge is required
IMS Framework & Lifecycle Standards
Threat Identification & Risk Analysis
ILI, ECDA, ICDA Inspection Methods
Corrosion Control Techniques
Integrity Management Planning & Auditing
Graduates will have the competence to establish and manage integrity programs for pipelines and facilities, ensuring compliance, operational resilience, and longevity
