This course provides an in-depth look at implementing Asset Integrity Management (AIM) systems for oil and gas facilities—from pipelines and tanks to offshore platforms. Covering design, maintenance, and decommissioning phases, learners will master risk assessments, inspection planning (ILI, ECDA/ICDA), and strategic integrity decision-making.
Develop and implement full AIM programs based on ISOβ―55000 frameworks
Conduct risk assessments, FMECA, RBI, and plan risk-based inspections for static/rotating equipment
Execute inline inspections, corrosion control, and integrity audits
Design lifecycle integrity plans and KPIs to monitor asset performance
Ensure regulatory compliance and plan for long-term integrity
Integrity and reliability engineers, maintenance leads, asset managers, inspection specialists, and HSE officers focused on pipeline and facility integrity programs
Technical or engineering background required; no prior AIM certification necessary
