Course Description

This intensive 5-day PMP® Certification Prep course is designed to equip participants with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to pass the Project Management Institute (PMI)® PMP® exam. The course fully aligns with the PMBOK® Guide – 7th Edition and covers both predictive (waterfall) and adaptive (agile/hybrid) methodologies.
