Perform cargo transfer: custody transfer, ship–shore systems, and berthing protocols
Apply international standards like ISGOTT, MARPOL, and port regulations
Design and operate vapour recovery systems with leak detection strategies
Develop emergency response plans for spills, fire, and safety incidents
Analyze terminal performance using KPIs and risk assessment tools
Marine terminal managers, HSSE officers, cargo supervisors, transfer engineers, port coordinators, and marine operations staff
Knowledge of terminal or port operations is helpful
